We want you to feel confident subscribing to TechCerta. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for your subscription payments.
All TechCerta plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. You will only be charged when you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial. If you do not subscribe, your access simply ends — no charge is made.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of each payment. If you are not satisfied with TechCerta and request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we will issue a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.
After 14 days from the payment date, we are unable to offer refunds for that billing period. This policy applies to both monthly subscription charges and seat pack purchases.

We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to TechCerta until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period unless the refund falls within the 14-day window described above.
Additional seat packs (extra technician seats) and manual transformation credits are eligible for the same 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days these purchases are non-refundable. Manual transformation credits that have already been redeemed — meaning the training course has been built and delivered inside TechCerta — are non-refundable regardless of the 14-day window.
If you experience a significant service outage or technical failure caused by TechCerta that prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, please contact us. We will review each case individually and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
All TechCerta payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly, though we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve it quickly.
